Who we are
This website is operated by Holiday in Turkey, Kızlar Pınarı, Öğretmenevi Sk. No:3 D:C, 07400 Alanya/Antalya, Türkiye (TÜRSAB licence No. 9019). We are responsible for the personal data you send us through this website.
What we collect
When you send a request, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, travel dates, number of guests, hotel and your message. The website itself does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
We use your details only to answer your request, prepare an offer and, if you book, to organise your services. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months. Booking records are kept for as long as Turkish law requires.
Who we share it with
We share your details only with the partners needed to deliver the service you book, such as hotels, drivers and tour operators. We never sell your data.
Your rights
